Brothers and Sisters direct a generated boxing film like a normal shoot

Brothers and Sisters had no production budget for Behind The Gloves, a nonprofit raising money around its Midnight Mayhem charity boxing event. Founder Andy Fowler wrote the script on paper first: boxing has six punches, and a seventh nobody sees coming, lived briefly by a fictional 1970s Mexican fighter named Hector. Everything Is Computer, an AI studio launched in 2025, made the film entirely with generation. Shots reported the two-and-a-half-minute piece on 28 September 2026. LBB's process interview followed in the days before 5 October.

The studio's account is that they do not really write prompts. They make the calls they would make on a recce: which camera, which lens, where the ring sits, what time of day it is. They held casting sessions inside the workflow, in Mexico, Spain and the US, and kept revising Hector's face, stare and walk until he felt recognised rather than assembled. Some shots landed in a few passes. Others took dozens. Each era was given its own film stock and camera. Editor Tim Hardy at Stitch, colourist George Kyriacou at Black Kite, and sound designer Seb Bruen finished it as they would a live-action job. Fowler says the missing stage was the physical shoot. The selects still had to earn the moment.
